"2010, in the midst of the economic crisis. A restless Galician arrived at an advertising agency in Madrid as an intern for a crime he did commit, finishing a master's degree in art direction. It didn't take long for him to get out of the work situation in which he was being held.

Today, after working for several agencies, he is still sought after by his previous employers to collaborate on projects and survives as a soldier of fortune, or in other words, as a freelancer.

Hi, I'm Daniel Rivera Miguel and I'm a freelance designer.

I'm also a voice actor, a self-taught learner by vocation, a functional coffee achiever and a curious person by nature. I work in graphic design, illustration, pixel art, motion graphics, video editing, voice-over, radio and dubbing. Some of these things I do for money, others purely as a hobby, but I put the same love into both.

I have been involved in the advertising world for more than 10 years and after working for agencies such as BAP & Conde, Carrots and PS21 and Yslandia, I have decided to follow my own path. In my career I have worked with clients such as J&B, Nivea, Just Eat, MARCA, Cabify, Astra Zeneca, Suntory, Yoigo or KFC, among others.

If I had to define my professional profile, it would be something halfway between "one-man band" and "trench designer". I'm not afraid to try anything, whether if I'm familiar with the subject matter or not; and I'm used to getting knee-deep in the unglamorous world of retail and fast-consumer graphic design, which translates into a lot of work with tight deadlines and a lot of changes from the client.

I love the smell of a challenge in the morning and I crave the opportunity to learn something new with each job. I can't wait to get my hands on the next project, so don't hesitate to contact me if you need a versatile designer.
